. Open Fires and floor mounted BBQs are not permitted in the Pitting Field. A table or frame mounted BBQ may be used, provided it does not clause any heat damage to the grass
. No Chemicals, (fuel or oils) may be disposed of on the ground, as doing so can contaminate the water course. There is a disposal container next to race control.
. No empty fuel cans should be left on site or in the rubbish bins. The club can not dispose of your cans, take them home and dispose of them yourselves.
. No one should, Climb/jump over, or sit on the wooden fencing around the track, as it is prone to breakage when put under excessive load. Use the gateways provided.
Failer to comply with these notices could result in persons being asked to leave the premises by either a Club Representative or the land owners.
