Although Club Membership is not a requirement to be able to drive at Cornwall RC Racing, (although BRCA membership is) it has been decided that after the 21st April 2013 only Club Members will have any control over how the club is run.
Non club members opinions will still be welcomed, but Non club members will not have any direct control over club decisions.
