Hi Guys,
We need to confirm the setup we need at the Model Air Show this year. Area wise we will need something similar to last years setup with a track cut into the grass and a display area.
I was planning on taking my caravan in for the show, but as that is now set up over at the track, and as I already have to pull the trailer in there with the gear on, its not really worth me pulling the caravan over to Hells Mouth as well.
As we do have a selection of Pit Tents, Gazebo's and Field shelters, do we need a van over there this year? Does anybody with to take theirs? We will finalize what we need this coming race day, as we need to let the model aircraft people know what we are planning to do.
As it stands, we may have the archery club next to us, which might be interesting!....... Targets mounted on the cars anyone?
